Return Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid soft fitness programme bookings and related digital or printed materials supplied by Bioenergmuscle.
1. Cooling-off period
If you book online or away from our studio, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, provided you have not attended sessions during that period. Contact us in writing to exercise this right.
2. Programme cancellations by you
After the cooling-off period, monthly memberships may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date. Pre-paid blocks are non-refundable once sessions have started, except where required by law or at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
3. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session due to coach illness or studio maintenance, you will receive credit or rescheduling at no extra charge. If a programme is discontinued, unused prepaid amounts will be refunded proportionally.
4. Physical materials
Printed outline cards supplied with membership may be returned unopened within 14 days for a refund of the material fee if listed separately on your invoice.
5. How to request a refund
Email online@bioenergmuscle.world with your name, booking reference, and reason. We respond within 10 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
